Sparkle In Pink is a family-owned children's clothing boutique based in Bluffdale, Utah. Founded in 2011, it was inspired by Quynn Larsen's desire to create affordable and trendy outfits for kids.

At Sparkle In Pink, we design all of our products ourselves. Meaning you can't find our designs anywhere else! We are moms and design with your kids in mind, making every piece we sell unique and special that will help kids feel comfortable and confident for every occasion!

ORDER CONCERNS
We deeply apologize if an item from your order was missing. We can offer to rush ship the missing item to you or issue a refund, depending on your preference. If you decide to request a refund, please let us know via live chat or by email [email protected], and we will get you taken care of!
Unfortunately, our platform does not support combining orders after they have been placed. In cases where orders are made separately within minutes of each other, we can extend a store credit for the shipping cost on one of the orders as a one-time courtesy. Thank you for your understanding.
We are sorry for any mix-up with your order. In the event that you receive an incorrect item or size, we will ensure the correct item is rush shipped to you. For items that don't fit appropriately or have a quality issue, please send us an email including your order number, a photo of the item, along with the product name and size, for quality control purposes. We will review your case and contact you with a resolution.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the order date. Thus, we are unable to cancel or modify an order for any reason once it leaves our warehouse.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders leave our Utah warehouse 1-2 business days from when you order, and then an additional 3-7 business days are required for delivery. If you need your package sooner, we also have various expedited options to get you your package as soon as tomorrow! Holidays and weekends are not considered business days.

We offer international shipping, but it can be fairly costly due to many added expenses when shipping across borders. We are hoping to find a better way to navigate international shipping in the future!
If you need your order sooner, we offer Rush Shipping and Overnight Shipping as an option.
Rush shipments are shipped out the same business day if the order is placed before 1:00 pm MST, and the next business day if placed after 1:00 pm MST. Saturday and Sunday and some holidays are not considered business days. Your package will be delivered in 2-3 business days after it leaves our warehouse. These times are all estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays that are out of Sparkle In Pink's control can occur, especially around Black Friday and the holidays.
Overnight will ship the same business day if the order is placed before 1:00 pm MST and will arrive the following business day. Orders placed after 1:00 pm MST, on weekends or on holidays will ship out the next business day (usually Monday) and be delivered on the following business day. (usually Tuesday) Weekends and holidays do NOT count as business days.
Please allow orders that contain personalized and/or embroidered items an additional 2-3 business days to be fulfilled.
Sparkle In Pink offers "Diamond Package Protection" to our valued customers, allowing them the choice of added protection for their packages during transit. This non-refundable coverage applies to situations involving items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
Nature of Protection:
The "Diamond Package Protection" is not, and should not be interpreted as, insurance of any kind. By opting into this protection, customers acknowledge and understand the distinction.
In the event that items covered by "Diamond Package Protection" have been lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, customers have the option to choose from three alternatives:
- Replacements:The customer may choose to have their package replaced via rush shipping.
- Store Credit:The customer may choose to receive store credit totaling the amount of the purchase, plus an additional $5 value.
- Refund:The customer may choose to receive a full refund for the items within their order.
Diamond Package Protection is offered to allow peace of mind that if anything were to happen to your order during transit, we'll replace it, no questions asked!
That being said, if you do not want Diamond Package Protection added to your order, you can remove it on the checkout page.
Near the bottom of the checkout page, you will see "Order Summary" with a button next to it that says "Show". Tap "Show" and you'll see your entire order, along with a checkbox for Diamond Package Protection. Once unchecked, Diamond Package Protection will be removed from your order!
We do offer free shipping on orders of $75.00 or more that ship within the United States. To qualify for free shipping the order subtotal must be $75.00 or more before taxes and after any discounts are applied. If a discount code or rewards are used and it brings the subtotal below $75.00, the free shipping will no longer apply.
If you don't want to pay for shipping, and are located in Utah, you're in luck! Sparkle In Pink offers free local pickup! Just choose the "Pickup" option when checking out.

Our pickup hours are as follows:
Monday-Thursday: 9:00am-3:00pm
Friday: 9:00am-12:00pm
Saturday-Sunday: Closed
All Local Pickup orders must be picked up within 30 days of receiving your pickup confirmation email, if not, items in your order will be restocked and you will not receive a refund.
Local Pickup orders qualify for free returns! Simply bring the items you'd like to return back to our warehouse, and we'll get you taken care of!
Local Pickup is only available in Utah as we only have one warehouse.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you need to return an item or would like a different size, our store has a straightforward return policy. Although we do not offer direct exchanges, you are welcome to return the item for a refund and then place a new order for the size you need. For all your return requirements, simply use the provided link to our returns page, where you will find detailed instructions and information about our return policy:
Please remember that we can only accept returns of full sets, not partial sets or individual items from a set. After processing your return and refund, you may repurchase the correct size or a different item. If you encounter any challenges or have more questions, we are always here to assist you.

- Customized items (such as embroidery)
Defective items are the only exception to these rules. Please contact support directly if your items is damaged or defective to get a refund, you do not need to return the items.
SIZING QUESTIONS
We go the extra mile at Sparkle In Pink to ensure sizing is perfect, every time!
We hand measure each and every product that comes through our door, and list those measurements on each product page.
We didn't stop there, we have a magic size calculator which allows you to input measurements you take at home, and input them into our site, which then will tell you which size to order for each and every product on our website!

Yes! All of our products run true to size, unless on rare occasions we get a product that is slightly off, it will be listed in the product description to either size up or size down.
For an exact fit, be sure to check the size charts on each product page, we hand measure every product so you can ensure the perfect fit, every time!
DIAMOND REWARDS PROGRAM
- Customers can earn Sparkle Bucks for doing various activities and can redeem them for discounts off your next order!
- Sparkle Bucks are redeemed at checkout
- There are no minimum amounts of Sparkle Bucks needed in order to redeem them
- Every Sparkle Buck is worth one penny, so 100 Sparkle Bucks = $1
- If you are having issues with the rewards program, please make sure to sign in! The number one issue we see is customers are not signed in, so they are unable to view the rewards slider at checkout.

Sparkle Bucks are loyalty points earned through various activities on the Sparkle In Pink website. For every 100 Sparkle Bucks earned, customers receive $1.00 in discounts that can be applied at checkout.

Customers can earn Sparkle Bucks in multiple ways, including:

Using Sparkle Bucks
To use Sparkle Bucks, simply log in to your Sparkle In Pink account and proceed to checkout. You'll see a Sparkle Buck Redeem section that allows you to choose how many bucks to redeem on your order. Please note, you need to be logged in to access the slider.
Sparkle Bucks can be redeemed on the checkout page. Under the redemption box at checkout, select the number of Sparkle Bucks you want to apply to your order.
If you can't find the Sparkle Bucks section at checkout, make sure you log into your store account. It will only show up if you are logged in. The rewards section is located under the "Show" dropdown on mobile devices as shown in the screenshot below.
Yes, Sparkle Bucks expire after one year of inactivity. Your Sparkle Buck balance will be safe as long as you earn and/or redeem Sparkle Bucks at least once per year. No purchase necessary!
Diamond Reward tiers will reset if you do not maintain the level of spend needed to maintain that tier per year. The minimum to maintain a tier is half of the entry threshold. In other words, to enter Diamond tier, you must spend $500 within a year of your first order, to maintain that tier, you need to spend $250 in subsequent years. Platinum is $250 to enter the tier, then $125 to maintain the tier for subsequent years.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Credit Card
If you use a Credit Card for your purchase from Sparkle In Pink your item will ship in the order it was received and without any payment processing delay. All credit card transactions are final and can only be reversed once Sparkle In Pink has issued a return reference number (RRN) in accordance with the Sparkle In Pink Return Policy.
PayPal
You do not need a PayPal account to checkout with PayPal. It will give you the option to use your PayPal account or not while you're checking out.
Payment Installments
Checking out with Shop Pay Installments, Sezzle or Afterpay will break your order into 4 separate payments, but your order will ship immediately as any other order. This allows you to pay for your order over time, but still enjoy the clothes now!

Promotional discounts can only be applied to orders placed within the active promotion period. Unfortunately, we are unable to adjust orders placed before a promotion begins or after it ends. For example, if you place an order on Monday and a sale starts on Tuesday, we cannot retroactively apply the discount. We appreciate your understanding!
When we offer promos that give a free item with qualifying order, these promotions require customers to add a specific item to their shopping bag before completing checkout in order to receive the promotional offer. Any free item you wish to receive must be manually added to the bag before checking out. This ensures we know the correct item, size, or style to send. If the item is not added prior to completing checkout, we are unable to adjust the order afterward and you will not receive any promo item(s) in your order. Please review the details of each promotion carefully to ensure eligibility.
